Jean Guérette joined J.S. Held in January of 2025 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Technorm Inc.
Jean analyzes the regulatory requirements for construction and fire safety for projects regarding new and existing buildings at their conception stage. He performs the inspection and the verification of the existing buildings to evaluate the required new regulations. He also writes technical evaluations for the application of regulations, codes, and standards and assists in the preparation of alternative solution applications.
His diplomas in architecture and engineering are a solid asset, allowing him to get a cross-disciplinary view of his projects.
