His consulting work spans toxicology and industrial hygiene, including indoor air assessment, toxicokinetics, metabolism, laboratory techniques, and data analysis and visualization.
In his role, Javier supports litigation and regulatory compliance projects by evaluating exposure risks and determining whether they fall within acceptable safety thresholds. He plays a critical role in establishing causation between toxic substance exposure and alleged health outcomes. His responsibilities include reviewing scientific literature, analyzing toxicological data, and synthesizing research findings to support scientifically grounded conclusions and recommendations. He has evaluated numerous claims involving FDA regulations and compliance with both local and federal statutes, and he is skilled in communicating complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Javier holds a Master of Science in Toxicology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, with professional experience in both English and Spanish.
