Jason joined J.S. Held LLC in 2018 as Director of Business Development for Construction Advisory Services. He is a highly regarded professional in the A/E/C industry with over 20 years of experience developing and cultivating business development and marketing strategies and tactics.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Jason was Director of Business Development for Construction Process Solutions, Ltd where he was responsible for developing the firm’s marketing and development department to include quantitative tactics within client relationship management, professional association development, and social media.
Jason has the unique ability to see issues from all sides and help develop compromises that benefit all. He is a quality minded and focused professional, who looks to find true value in aligning teaming partners with each project's goals and mission. His analytical skills help to augment his proven professional talents.
Jason is a graduate of Xavier University, and is also a Past-President of the Greater Cincinnati Society of Marketing Professionals Chapter and has served on the Board for the Clermont County Boys & Girls Club of Clermont County.
