Jared O'Connor is a Senior Vice President in J.S. Held’s Boston office. He quantifies financial damage arising from first-party property losses, third-party liability cases, and commercial litigation damages across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Jared was a forensic accountant with Magnan Graizzaro & Associates. During his tenure at MG&A, Jared familiarized himself with a wide range of subject matters in the forensic and investigative fields.
Through his work across various business types and sizes, Jared has gained intimate industry knowledge, including business interruption, extra expense, inventory, litigation support, and damage assessment claims. Jared’s experience in large, complex losses includes hotels, manufacturing, education, residential properties, project delay claims, and stock losses. He has worked on assignments ranging up to $500 million across various service lines.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
