James is an experienced professional and expert in the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practice. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in various roles in business intelligence, business analysis, data analysis, and medical market research. James excels at understanding a business, its processes, and targeted business outcomes. He can quickly produce and summarize data for technical and non-technical audiences using various business intelligence programs, and he is experienced with EHS software suites, including Intelex, Cority, and Enablon. James has demonstrated an ability to easily intuit complex project purpose and data requirements, ongoing reporting for multiple business units, and ad-hoc simultaneous requests from various team members. He quickly proves himself as a subject matter expert when presented with custom or unfamiliar software.
James builds, develops, and maintains client relationships to provide long-term value. He believes in working through active collaboration and approaching problems through an engineering mindset, which involves thinking through tasks logically and efficiently and employing techniques to analyze the needs of any situation.
