Jacob Kotcher is an Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist, specializing in environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, and environmental assessment reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the New Jersey and New York area. After graduating from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience, he began his career in 2022 with J.S. Held. He manages multiple projects in the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan area. Jacob has experience with sand, sediment, and surface water sampling and Phase I Environmental Site Inspections. He also has experience with GIS mapping and technical report writing.
Jacob is involved in performing site inspections and assessments, soil, and groundwater sampling and investigations, and site remediation activities. He also prepares technical reports, cost estimates, and proposals.
