Jacob Catt has ten years of experience in civil and environmental engineering consulting and project advisory services for clients in the engineering and construction industries. He has provided design, permitting, management and oversight expertise on behalf of owners, EPC, general, and other design professionals.
Jacob’s experience as a design and permitting professional includes a diverse project portfolio. He has provided construction consulting services on projects of various sizes and goals. His experience leads to a balanced range of perspectives from the public and private owners.
As a consultant to the construction industry Jacob has worked on public plaza, schools, athletic facilities, single and multi-family developments, medical facilities, self-storage facilities, stormwater features, stream restoration, former coal-fired generating stations, former MGP sites, corrective measure construction, brownfield redevelopments, landfills, and wood treatment facilities.
