Isabel Cascales is a Managing Director within J.S. Held's Construction Advisory practice based in Spain. She has extensive experience in ratifying reports and processes in various countries, project planning and control, forensic analysis of schedules, contract management, claims preparation, and participation in dispute resolution processes as an expert witness. Isabel has worked on projects in more than 10 countries in different sectors and projects from oil & gas, energy (conventional and renewable), industrial process plants, and industrial and residential buildings.
Isabel has in-depth knowledge of preparing and defending project claims, especially those related to program analysis, delays, and the critical path. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has been appointed an expert in delays of international projects in Europe and Latin America.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Isabel held management positions within several engineering and construction companies, responsible for planning and project control departments.
