He is responsible for scaling global operations and embedding cross-border efficiencies while safeguarding the high-touch client service and specialized expertise that defines the firm.
With over 25 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, global capability talent strategy, and large-scale business transformation, Irvinder brings a deeply pragmatic, business-first approach to organizational scaling. Prior to joining J.S. Held, he was in a senior leadership role as a Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal Global Capability Center. His distinguished career features premier leadership roles at Bain & Company, Ernst & Young, Max Bupa, Swiss Re, Steria, and Genpact. Throughout these tenures, he specialized in strategizing and executing large-scale transformations including architecting shared services and global delivery models that seamlessly align people, processes, technology, and analytics to yield measurable bottom-line impact.
Irvinder holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, alongside a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Bhopal University.
