Hunter McClaran brings with him more than a decade of construction and restoration experience. Hunter specializes in water mitigation, mold abatement, asbestos abatement, fire restoration, and reconstruction. Most recently serving as a Project Director for a leading national restoration contractor, Hunter became efficient at evaluating property damage scopes, construction timelines, labor allocations, and equipment needs. He has extensive experience evaluating multiple structure types including single/multi-family residential properties, condominiums, hotels, universities, and commercial office complexes. During his career, Hunter has been responsible for the evaluation and production of projects caused by fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, and construction defects.
