Before joining J.S. Held, Hans held progressive management roles within the insurance restoration industry. His experience with CAT responses includes both the Calgary Floods and the Fort McMurray Wildfires (two of Canada’s largest Catastrophes in recent history). He has a strong understanding of the insurance industry, its various software programs, and the importance of meeting client expectations and working within service level agreements (SLAs).
