Hans Caspers leads a global team of data analysts and developers responsible for delivering enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions. He provides strategic direction and oversight for BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and the delivery of high-impact insights. With a strong focus on data quality and accessibility, Hans enables informed decision-making across the organization while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Before joining J.S. Held, Hans held progressive management roles within the insurance restoration industry. His experience with CAT responses includes the Calgary Floods and the Fort McMurray Wildfires (two of Canada’s largest Catastrophes in recent history). He understands the insurance industry, its various software programs, and the importance of meeting client expectations and working within service-level agreements (SLAs).
