Glen Reuschling joined J.S. Held in October of 2023 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of TransCon CSI.

Glen Reuschling founded TransCon CSI in 1993 after retiring from the Maryland State Police. He has over 40 years of experience in accident investigation and has investigated more than 2,800 motor vehicle collisions in his career. Glen has also been accepted as an Expert Witness in numerous areas of collision reconstruction across the United States and Canada.

He is widely known for his expertise in commercial vehicle collision reconstruction, corresponding commercial motor vehicle laws, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and work zones. Glen was one of two Maryland State Troopers appointed by the DOT to teach other state and local law enforcement agencies about Federal DOT Laws and Regulations across the United States.
