For over seven years, George has provided expert claims analysis for J.S. Held, specifically on large and complex insurance losses on renewable energy plants, mass transportation, civil infrastructure, and residential and commercial construction projects throughout the United States and Canada.
George holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. His graduate coursework included Finance, Accounting, Construction Scheduling, Cost Estimating and Bidding, Productivity, Financial Management, Engineering Economics, Risk Analysis, Florida Building Code, Total Quality Management and Planning, Sustainability, and CII Best Practices. His undergraduate background includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, with an additional concentration in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

He has experience providing analytical expertise for myriad loss events, including sinkholes, flooding, hurricane and wind, ground settlement and unforeseen geotechnical conditions, fire, faulty workmanship, design conflicts, construction damage, and countless others. Additionally, he is an accredited LEED Green Associate and experienced with modern, sustainable green construction projects.
