Frank P. Antonucci Jr. has over 20 years of experience in the restoration of property damage, providing insurance carriers and adjusters with a full range of damage evaluation services up and down the east coast; as well as nationally following catastrophic natural disasters.
As a building estimator, Frank evaluated property damage claims, including but not limited to fire, water, windstorm, collapse, vehicle damage, explosion, construction defect and component failure, hailstorm, hurricane, flood, tornado, and fallen tree losses. He writes a detailed scope of work commensurate with real-life current unit prices to create a comprehensive estimate for the insurance professional community.
In this role, Frank joins meetings with adjusters, insureds, public adjusters, contractors, agents, brokers, etc. to discuss, defend and explain our published scope of work and pricing; especially performing spreadsheet comparisons to outline differences and recommend fair settlement figures to our client base. Dispute resolution performance via appraiser and umpire services are also common tasks.
Frank graduated from Pace University in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Finance. In 1999 and 2000, relevant civil engineering and construction management coursework was completed at Westchester Community College.
