Fernando has more than 30 years of experience in construction, real estate development, operations, and feasibility evaluation. Has participated in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and housing projects, toll bridges, hospitals, electrical substations, factories, and office buildings.
As a Mexican Federal Government employee he was responsible for the design and construction needs for north and south ports of entry and other federal buildings throughout Mexico. Has been head of operations of private real estate portfolios of more than 1,400 sites and over 600,000 sqm including several 24/7 critical operations buildings.
Has been a university professor for construction and real estate project evaluation at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) for over 12 years.
Fernando is involved in estimating building damages loss assignments in Mexico and Central America.
