Fausto Figueroa has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and has experience with project management, general contracting, and construction operations. His areas of expertise include construction project planning, scheduling, cost management, quality control, contract compliance, preconstruction, and constructability services. Fausto offers insight into construction with knowledge and experience gained from spending time as an apprentice in Heavy Civil projects (2006) to Managing Construction Projects (2022).

Prior to joining J.S. Held, Fausto worked for GenCap Construction managing a $40 million-dollar multi-family building project in Shoreline, WA. In this role, he led the planning and field operations while directly managing the structural, enclosure, and vertical transportation scopes.

During his time at a national general contractor, Clark Construction, Fausto worked in preconstruction performing, constructability reviews, while developing estimates and contract exhibits. Additionally, he developed and implemented a Quality Control program for a 1.3 billion-dollar project in Seattle, WA. While in operations, Fausto managed complex scopes from contract scoping/buyout to execution.

Prior, Fausto supervised work crews in large commercial and civil projects ranging from $12M - $181M.

Fausto’s broad experience helps navigate the complexities of construction -related issues that arise from day-to-day operations, and effectively pinpoint root causes bringing excellent value to clients.
