Evan Venice is a Project Manager in the Environmental, Health & Safety service line, specializing in NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects throughout New Jersey. Mr. Venice also specializes in Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence projects, mostly in the commercial real estate sector. Mr. Venice’s experience during his seven years in the industry also includes residential projects and large industrial projects, as well as asbestos, mold and lead surveys and abatement projects throughout the United States.

Mr. Venice’s key responsibilities include project management and oversight; client correspondence; budget analysis; vendor relations, and document review. Mr. Venice also is responsible for developing work plans and cost estimates for client review and approval, as well as formal reports for regulatory submittal and review.
