Ethan Tracy specializes in water and mold damage assessments, hazardous materials inspections, and exposure monitoring of hazardous worksites. With over eight years of experience, Mr. Tracy provides industrial hygiene consulting and project management services for commercial, residential, and public properties throughout the country.
Ethan is involved in performing site inspections, performing onsite exposure monitoring, and writing technical reports and remediation protocols. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, condominium buildings, and residences.
