Erin Serniak is a Building Consulting Operations Administrator for J.S. Held in Canada and is based out of the Langley, British Columbia office. She has over 20 years of experience in office administration. In the last six years, Erin has been focused on working within the property damage claims consulting group.

Prior to J.S. Held, Erin worked closely with senior members of the management team supporting them in company-wide implementation of programs and systems through to completion. She was the executive assistant to the Chief Operating Office and President of SPECS Limited (now a part of J.S. Held). In this role, she provided varying degrees of support to them as well as multiple office locations throughout the country. She played a key role in the development and implementation of their CRM program nationally. Erin has also organized the logistics during responses to catastrophe events such as the Fort McMurray wildfires. She is a natural team player and is always happy to assist her co-workers.
