Eric Koltes is an experienced environmental consultant with over 27 years of experience serving various clients. His expertise ranges from basic due diligence to complex remedial investigation, feasibility, cleanup action planning, and remedial implementation. Eric's experience includes working on large natural gas facilities, complex spill response and cleanup, supporting property redevelopment, working at numerous agrichemical facilities, and litigation support.
Eric is considered a subject matter expert in Washington cleanup regulations, specifically the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA; WAC 173-340), and was a lead consultant in obtaining 100's no further action (NFA) determinations through the Washington Department of Ecology's Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Eric has also worked on numerous sites, with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the lead agency. Additionally, Eric has worked in most of the contiguous U.S. states and Alaska.

Eric is a Principal Geologist and co-leads the Pacific Northwest office for J.S. Held's Environmental Liability, Monitoring, and Remediation group. This office provides services to private and public sector entities, including environmental consulting, due diligence, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and cleanup action support, including all project regulatory documentation.
