Eric Campion is a construction professional with 20 years of experience in property restoration. For the past six years, he has worked in the restoration and construction cost business specializing in complex project valuation, estimating, claim cost analysis, and dispute resolution. Eric’s consulting projects have encompassed buildings and facilities in the industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, and residential sectors throughout North America.
Prior to working as a construction building consultant, Eric was a general contractor specializing in the restoration field with one of the largest privately owned restoration companies on the East Coast. In this role, he provided project management, site supervision, estimating, and contract administration to a variety of clients and project types, including healthcare, commercial, multi-family, and residential. He also functioned in the position of general manager, where he managed overall office operations.
Eric is involved in the field assessment, estimating, and project management of property damage evaluations on various types of structures and facilities. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including manufacturing facilities, lumber mills, malls, hospitals, and multi-family residences.
