Edward has diversified construction experience, including completing residential and commercial projects as a business owner, partner, and employee. His talents include designing, permitting, estimating, and job tracking skills.
In addition to preparing working drawings for most of his completed projects, he has over 30 years of hands-on experience in many key construction aspects. These include: excavation, drainage, surveying, heavy equipment operation, all fields of masonry, extensive framing and trim carpentry, cabinet fabrication, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
He is skilled in multiple software programs including: AutoCad, Chief Architect, Home Designer Pro 18, Xactimate, On Screen Takeoff, and Excel. Before becoming a construction consultant, Edward’s projects included luxury home construction throughout Fairfield County, CT., Stratton, VT., and Nantucket Island, MA.
