These matters include intellectual property, government contracts, energy, healthcare, and general commercial disputes. Intellectual property experience includes valuation and analysis of damages related to patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright, breach of contract, and tortious interference. He has extensive experience in the analysis of sales, costs, profits, license agreements, business plans, industry competition, market conditions, case law, and other information for the purposes of calculating damages and valuations.
