Don is involved in estimating, dispute resolution, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including hospitals, hotels, and multifamily habitational.
Don is a volunteer member of his local municipality's zoning and land use boards, where he was recognized and received an award for exemplary service and numerous certificates. He is actively involved in community development and directs land uses, community facilities, and pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
Don has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and has completed graduate coursework in Applied Chemistry. He is familiar with quality control mechanisms such as GLP, GMP, and ISO guidelines. This background enables Don to offer a detailed approach to quantity surveying, cost estimating, building valuation, and expert testimony. His experience as a hands-on contractor makes him uniquely skilled at scheduling and critical path analysis consulting.
