Dominic Mondino joined J.S. Held in August of 2022 following J.S. Held's acquisition of the Arcadis Contract Solutions Practice in Europe.
Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Dominic is experienced in the procurement and commercial management of construction contracts. He is an Associate Director within the team and supports our clients in helping to avoid, mitigate and resolve construction disputes.
Dominic commenced his career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Engie Regeneration Limited (formally Keepmoat Group) and worked his way up to Senior Commercial Management Positions with large Tier 1/2 Main Contractors in the UK.
Dominic has developed a resilient and professional approach toward clients, main contractors, subcontractors, project teams, and consultants. Maintaining good relationships is crucial, both internally and externally, to assist in achieving a positive outcome.
Dominic has developed his expertise in dispute avoidance and resolution from his front-line and hands-on experience gained working in the Construction Industry. Dominic can source practical solutions for critical quantum issues and provide credible and reliable advice to ultimately avoid, mitigate and resolve the impact of potential claims and disputes.
Dominic is an expert witness in quantum and is appointed as a lead or as a support expert on behalf of clients, contractors, and specialists, for matters of quantum.
