Prior to joining J.S. Held, Divya Ganesh served as a Senior Analyst with Capital Forensics, Inc. (CFI). She began her career at CFI in 2015, as a Junior Analyst. She exclusively worked on the ArbSelector®, ArbReporter®, and Mock Arbitration projects. Divya primarily works on customizing the ArbSelector to meet the strategic needs of the client by providing end-to-end service from seeing what the client’s requirements are, to final implementation and ongoing client support.
In addition to managing the ArbSelector database and analyzing FINRA arbitration awards, Divya helps set up Mock Arbitrations - this entails using our proprietary database to find comparable arbitrators, coordinating engagement by everyone involved, and facilitating feedback to our clients.
As a Consultant at J.S Held, Divya works with some of the largest Brokerage Firms and Law firms across the country to provide them with the arbitrator selection process. She collaborates with clients to provide customization and improve client experience.
Her prior experience has helped her identify trends to improve the clients’ experience.
