Diane Zimmer has been an engineering and construction professional for over 25 years and has extensive experience in project management, general contracting, program management, and construction consulting. Over the course of her career, she has planned, budgeted, procured, and successfully managed the construction of over $1 billion worth of projects within a wide variety of market sectors and contract delivery methods. She enjoys working with teams and building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and figuring out how to deliver beyond expectations. Her diverse experience includes managing construction in China while working for Lendlease.
Diane brings this wealth of experience to J.S. Held serving as an Assistant Managing Director within our Builder’s Risk Group. She enjoys dissecting contracts and schedules and putting the puzzle pieces together so she can understand the “story” of the project and determine accurate direct repair costs and durations of delay as well as provide litigation support.
