Diana Arana is a Professional Engineer with training and experience in the forensic analysis and investigation of structures to determine the cause of water/moisture damage. Diana has performed and / or participated in more than 1,000 post-damage investigative and forensic evaluations of both residential and commercial structures pertaining to building envelope failures and internal water sources.

She has experience coordinating various environmental projects including asbestos and lead abatement and mold remediation while providing the highest quality of work standards within a changing work environment. She has planned and coordinated environmental and water emergency insurance claim restoration cases, working with homeowners, consultants, public adjusters, lawyers, and insurance companies and maintaining the insurance claim project documentation. She has processed residential and commercial construction permits and scheduled and overseen job site permit inspections.
