Debra West is a registered nurse specializing in legal nurse consulting and workers compensation. Skilled in both liability/medical malpractice defense and plaintiff work for attorneys and claims adjusters. Debra is able to organize and review attorney correspondence for both private and government entities including medical records, other claim documentation and identify missing and tampered medical records. She can prepare medical chronologies and analysis of medical care through written and verbal reports with a focus on the mechanism of injury, appropriateness of treatment per medical standards of care, the impact of preexisting medical conditions and claimant/provider irregularities during the course of treatment.
