Deb is a registered Architect and the founding principal of CORE Planning Strategies, now part of J.S. Held. Her role is to drive strategy, build relationships, and ensure J.S. Held helps clients achieve their ideal facility.
Deb is committed to growing future leaders through involvement in local industry, community groups, and one-on-one mentoring. With over 20 years of planning and construction experience, Deb is a driven project leader who applies creative strategies with practical implementation. Deb is a long-time member and leader of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), including her time as a National Vice President and Board Member from 2009-2013.
Deb is responsible for the Indianapolis office including project management and Owner’s Representation services. She has led numerous large-scale capital programs with transformational impacts.
