His expertise includes the cost analysis of diverse property types, including high-end residential, industrial, aviation, and high risers. David has acted as a party-appointed appraiser. He has experience in project management and has been retained for large-scale owner’s representation services on high-rise construction.
Since 2017, David has shifted to a corporate role overseeing the firm’s strategic growth initiative. He leads the firm’s corporate development team and has executed more than 50 transactions in the U.S., Canada, Latam, Europe, and APAC.
David has a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics from Colgate University and a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University.
