Dave’s consulting projects encompassed buildings and facilities in the industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, hospitality, public institutions, religious, educational, and residential sectors throughout the Northeast.
Dave works consistently on project/site monitoring which includes scope development, project cost analysis, and daily records of labor and equipment usage.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Dave worked for 10 years as a Project Manager for an emergency services and restoration contractor. Dave’s responsibilities included responding to insurance-related losses, assessing damages to create restoration, and construction cost estimates. As a project manager, Dave was also responsible for managing projects from start to finish, developing the scope of work for mitigation response, project safety, and project supervision.
Dave specializes in emergency services invoice reviews, reconstruction cost analysis, and the preparation of detailed estimates. He is responsible for preparing client deliverables on all phases of projects and achieving successful results.
