Daniel Streaman has over 10 years of experience in the restoration of property damage industry, providing insurance carriers and adjusters with a full range of damage evaluations. As a building estimator, Dan has evaluated property damage claims predominantly caused by fire/smoke, water, vehicle, and weather/storm. He works with insurance adjusters, contractors, and insureds to provide a detailed scope of work with industry-accepted practices and up-to-date pricing to create a realistic estimate for the insurance carriers.
Dan began in the industry working for a restoration and remediation company. As a technician, he routinely performed and oversaw the restoration procedures from beginning to end. His firsthand knowledge of the level of work involved in properly restoring a commercial or residential building has provided a foundation for providing a more accurate representation of claims for insurance companies.
Dan is involved in estimates, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including malls, hospitals, hotels, and manufacturing facilities.
