Ms. Cubanski has extensive field experience supporting response efforts regarding hazardous materials emergency events. She also has experience developing compliance plans, including Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and Best Management Plans (BMPs).
Ms. Cubanski has considerable field experience and training in testing air, soil, water, and other environmental media. She has more than five years of expertise in researching hazardous materials in industry, regulatory, and public health standards, exposure assessment and modeling, risk assessment, and historical development of worker safety and exposure.
Ms. Cubanski manages and provides technical support for toxicology, industrial hygiene, and human and environmental health-related projects. She specializes in human and environmental toxicology, coordinates technical support teams, and oversees the development of high-quality science-based work products.
Ms. Cubanski prepares technical documents, critically reviews, evaluates, summarizes, and compiles information from various sources, including regulatory standards, analytical data, and scientific literature.
