Dan Marcoux brings nearly a decade of military experience in project management to support Stapleton Group, a part of J.S. Held’s senior management, in client engagements specializing in distressed real estate assets and court-appointed receiverships.
Before joining J.S. Held’s Strategic Advisory Group, Dan began his career serving in the Air Force, where he managed a fleet of over 20 military fighter jets with an aggregate value exceeding $1B. His responsibilities included high-stakes task management, employee development, and detailed inspections for no-fail missions worldwide.
Dan received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
