Craig Luckner has over 28 years of experience in construction management, estimating, inspections, and claims. He is an expert on various construction-related claims and defect cases. Craig has assisted clients with his expertise in contractor standard of care and costs of repairs, schedule delays, and damages evaluation.
His experience spans residential developments, residential and commercial building construction and repairs, heavy highway and bridge construction, computer data center construction, water/wastewater treatment facilities and supply, and railroad construction.
Prior to J.S. Held, Craig was a Senior Estimator with a Denver-based construction consulting firm and before transitioning into consulting, held multiple construction-related positions as estimator, project manager, and inspector, as well as Vice President of Civil Construction.
Craig is an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and has his International Code Council (ICC) – F12 National Standard Building Contractor (B) Certification.
Mr. Luckner is involved as a lead estimator and representative for onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has provided construction repair estimates on large complex losses. Mr. Luckner assists in the analysis of project impacts and project schedule review and provides claims support in the areas of schedule and cost analysis, cost of repair, and project cost control & documentation review.
