Cooper Klotz is experienced in the construction consulting field, specializing in complex project valuation, construction estimating, and claim cost analysis. He has experience evaluating disasters caused by water, fire, flood, hurricanes, tornados, wind, and hail. Cooper has worked on numerous domestic assignments focusing on water and fire damage in large commercial and residential projects. He also developed a specialty in project/site monitoring, which includes scope development, project cost analysis, and daily records of labor & equipment usage.
Prior to joining J.S. Held in 2022, Cooper worked as a demolition contractor, developing estimates and building relationships with customers. He is also highly knowledgeable in residential and commercial mitigation.
Cooper is a Senior Consultant specializing in estimating, emergency services invoice reviews, invoice cost analysis, and detailed estimates. Cooper is responsible for preparing client deliverables on all project phases and achieving successful results.
