Conor Davies joined J.S. Held in 2019 and is a part of the Claims and Dispute Resolution team. As a part of the construction advisory team he provides construction claim consulting, scheduling consulting, and dispute resolution services on behalf of owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, design professionals, and attorneys.
Conor analyzes schedule delays and cost damages and assists in resolving disputes involving lump sum, GMP, and cost-reimbursable contracts. He also provides scheduling consulting services on multi-million-dollar projects by providing timely baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, and other schedule revisions.
Conor holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and management engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
