Colin advises on lender negotiations, debt restructuring, capital raising, financial and operational analysis, cash flow forecasting, valuations, and transaction preparation. He works closely with management teams to strengthen financial controls and support strategic initiatives, and with extensive experience in financing, banking, restructuring, and private equity, Colin has partnered with business leaders across diverse industries, including consumer products, restaurants, renewable energy, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and energy.
Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, a part of J.S. Held, Colin served as Managing Director at Z Capital Partners, focusing on acquisitions and lender relations, and held roles at Bank of America in special assets, workouts, and corporate banking.
Colin holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from DePauw University.
