Cody Brewington is a Director in J.S. Held’s Building Consulting Practice with extensive experience in forensic property damage assessment, large-loss estimating, and project management for commercial, industrial, and residential claims. Since joining J.S. Held in 2020, he has managed hundreds of complex insurance losses, delivering detailed evaluations, accurate reconstruction scopes, and clear cost analyses for clients nationwide.

Cody leads on-site assessments, develops scope recommendations, supports cost evaluations, and assists in appraisal matters. As an FAA-certified drone pilot (Part 107), he enhances documentation accuracy and site visibility for large or hard-to-access properties. His prior experience in operations management and customer service strengthens his ability to adapt in challenging environments and deliver timely, thorough results.
