Cody has been involved and assisted in scope development and project cost analysis. He has additionally incorporated the usage of emerging inspection technologies, including Holobuilder & Matterport to provide more detailed project reporting to our clients.
Prior to joining J.S. Held in November 2020, Cody worked as an Operations Manager for a large North American waste disposal company and has over eight years of experience in the sanitation industry. During this time, he concentrated on implementing new corporate strategies to provide more effective ways of hiring, training, and consistently challenging traditional work practices. He is also knowledgeable in customer service and has partnered with local municipalities to identify ways to improve traditional disposal services.
