As Vice President of Marketing, Cliff is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of J.S. Held's digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing teams. He also oversees the firm's strategic marketing partners in the development and execution of global marketing strategy, and is a core member of the M&A Integration Team with experience in more than 40 integrations.

In his time with J.S. Held, he has helped build out the marketing department from two team members to more than 25, led project teams focused on selection and development of an enterprise Marketing Tech Stack, served on a cross-functional leadership group to shape the firm's corporate strategic initiatives, and was selected for J.S. Held's first Leadership Excellence & Development for Risers cohort.

Prior to joining J.S. Held, Cliff previously served in key roles for a digital marketing agency, small business incubator, and engineering firm.

Throughout the year, Cliff volunteers mentoring young professionals aspiring to become fellow marketers. His passion for continued self-education and serving others are characteristics he hopes to instill in future leaders.

Cliff is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he received a B.F.A in Video and Digital Arts.
