Claire commenced her career in site engineering, progressing through site management and planning before concentrating on program management and delay analysis. She specializes in the investigation of delays on construction and engineering projects and has frequently been appointed to act as an independent expert advisor and expert witness on behalf of employers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Claire’s expertise has been gained from having worked for both contractor and consulting organizations. She has worked on a wide range of national and international projects including offshore windfarms, oil and gas, power and processing plants, nuclear developments, airport redevelopments, highways, rail infrastructure, retail and commercial redevelopments, refurbishment, and temporary works schemes.
Claire’s experience includes the development and analysis of bid and tender programs, preparing and implementing master programs, comprehensive program monitoring including the evaluation of progress and delaying events, coordination of subcontractor work packages and preparing delay analysis. This combination of skills forms a sound basis for her role as a practicing delay and programming expert.
Claire is a practicing delay expert with extensive knowledge of program management and delay analysis. She works with leading construction and engineering clients to prevent, mitigate and resolve disputes. She is known for her practical and balanced approach and attention to detail.
