Chris Strano joined J.S. Held after spending nearly 30 years in the construction industry. His industry background includes property development, general contracting, architectural and engineering design, construction building codes, and property damage assessments and valuation.
Chris’s extensive experience includes preparing design documents, estimating hard bids and property loss, construction management, and damage assessments on single- and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional structures. He has also prepared many building code reviews and evaluations on various types of structures throughout New Jersey.
Chris is involved in estimating, project management, and on-site project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States. He has consulted on large, complex insurance losses, including malls, schools, sewerage treatment plants, high-rise buildings, warehouses, retaining walls, multifamily buildings, and custom homes.
