Christopher Sanchez is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states with over a decade of experience in developing designs for structural and building envelope rehabilitation projects and conducting forensic engineering investigations utilizing invasive and non-invasive procedures. Mr. Sanchez has performed forensic investigations of structures, building envelope systems, and roofing systems to determine the cause and extent of damage. He has experience in providing litigation support for property loss and builder’s risk claims, as well as performing assessments for building defects associated with original design and as-built construction.
Mr. Sanchez has been involved in project management, field investigations, and preparation of technical reports for property loss and builder’s risk claims regarding commercial, industrial, single- and multi-family residential structures to determine the cause and extent of damage caused by natural disaster events, fire, moisture intrusion, vehicle impact, differential foundation movement, and deficient design or construction of structural and building envelope components.
