Chris Rotondi is a licensed site remediation professional and project manager in J.S. Held's Environmental, Health & Safety practice. He specializes in NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects in New Jersey and Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence, primarily in commercial real estate.
With 12 years of industry experience, Chris has also managed residential and large industrial projects, abatement projects, and asbestos, mold, and lead surveys across the United States. Additionally, he has conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments throughout the United States and Canada.
Chris’ key responsibilities include project management and oversight, client correspondence, budget analysis, vendor relations, and document review. He develops work plans and cost estimates for client approval and prepares formal reports for regulatory submission and review.
