Chip O’Toole has over 20 years of experience in automotive service and engineering. He is experienced in materials analysis, automotive chassis and suspension, electrical and braking systems, wheel and tire, and failure analysis. His engineering experience includes assembly process engineering, product design, development, tooling design, and quality control for semiconductor packaging. 

Mr. O’Toole is skilled in scene investigation, evidence collection, preservation from vehicles and sites, computer photogrammetry, forensic mapping of vehicles and crash sites, and 3-D digitally scanned image processing. He has investigated and assisted in reconstructing complex crashes involving multiple vehicles, heavy trucks, pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles. His ability to respond promptly has resulted in the preservation of critical evidence. 

Mr. O’Toole competes in amateur road racing as a driver, car builder, technical inspector, and advisory committee member.
