Charlotte Ainsworth has experience quantifying large and complex business interruption, loss of profit, delay in start‑up, and stock/inventory losses. Her industry experience spans power generation and renewable energy, including offshore and onshore wind, solar, anaerobic digestion, hydro, combined heat and power, and battery energy storage projects. She has worked internationally on claims arising from mechanical breakdown, pandemic‑related disruptions, cyber incidents, and fire, flood, and storm events.

As a forensic accountant, Charlotte has acted as an expert for defendants, preparing expert reports and participating in mediation to help resolve disputes, especially matters involving onshore wind assets. 

Charlotte earned a Graduate Diploma in Law from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from King’s College London.
