Charles Dalton is a retired law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience.
Before retiring as a Corporal, he investigated and reconstructed motor vehicle collisions involving serious injuries or fatalities. Charles has extensive collision investigation and reconstruction training and has managed Commercial Motor Vehicle inspections and enforcement for over 15 years, providing expert motorcycle operation and safety services.
With a commercial driver’s license for more than 20 years, Charles has experience operating tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and excavation equipment. He is also a certified temporary traffic control manager.
Charles has presented expert witness testimony in numerous criminal cases, specifically in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He is an expert in collision reconstruction, commercial motor vehicle inspection & enforcement, size & weight enforcement, drug recognition, and motorcycle & all-terrain vehicle safety and maintenance.
