Prior to his tenure at J.S. Held, he was involved in estimating, project management, and onsite project monitoring on numerous loss assignments throughout Canada. Chad was also involved with several high-profile hospital claims over the years.
As a consultant, Chad has gained experience with many large-scale commercial losses in the residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional, and medical sectors. With a strong background in large-scale commercial mitigation, he has used this knowledge to assist in mitigating costs associated with the recovery work.
Chad's expertise includes estimating, project management, and on-site project monitoring. He has been extensively involved in numerous major loss assignments throughout Canada and has consulted on sizeable complex insurance losses, including those for hospitals, churches, schools, farm complexes, high-rise office buildings, and apartment complexes. Chad works out of our Ottawa office and coordinates and mentors his regional team.
