She provides analysis of construction claims for construction projects, including onsite field inspections, construction document analysis, development of repair estimates, cost analysis, schedule delay analysis, and expert report development.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Catherine worked for Clark Construction Group. During her time at Clark, a nationwide general contractor, Catherine worked as a Project Manager on various public and private projects in Operations, performing preconstruction services by preparing contract exhibits and developing estimates.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Washington State University and is fluent in Korean.
